As you probably are aware, the number of readers and daily visitors to Simple Marriage have increased the past few months. While this increase is great, the more people on the site at a time, the slower things run… at least until this weekend.

Late tomorrow night (Friday, March 6th) I will be changing web hosts and moving Simple Marriage to a more powerful server. While you the loyal reader should see no real difference during this transition, the loyal commenter may. If you regularly participate in the conversations here or if you are thinking of de-lurking this weekend, I am asking that beginning Friday night until midday Saturday – no comments be added to any posts. During the change over, anything new added could be lost in eternal cyberspace.

I will run another short post after the migration is complete. This is where you come in again. If you come accross anything not working correctly, please let me know so any bugs can be corrected. Thanks for the help and I’ll see you on the other side.
